Overcoming postural imbalances and all the issues that are associated with it are endless. Our day to day repetitive activities are slowly decaying our posture, whether it is siting at desk in front of computer, driving all day, or favoring one side of your body when playing a sport. The things that we do repetitively, and for long periods of time have a tendency to create a host of issues including: injuries, nerve pain, poor digestion and so on. Poor posture will limit our strength, recovery, create injuries, effect balance and functional abilities.
